FAQ's

 

 

1)     I placed an order online and didn’t receive an emailed invoice showing this.  Did my order go through?

a.    Go to our store homepage and login. Under  My Account  scroll to the bottom and you should see all past orders.  If you see your order there you can print out a copy of your invoice as sometimes our email may get picked up as SPAM.  If you don’t see any order there for the date in question then your order did not go through.

 NOTE: Sometimes when a card is rejected for insufficient funds, address mismatch, etc it may look like your account was charged, even though the order did not go through. Within 24-48hrs the amount will go back to the account you used. This did not actually get charged.  If after this time you still have not received the funds back , please contact us.

 

2)     What do I do if I need to return my shirt?

 

a.       Please go to the Return Policy page located on the bottom of the home page.

 

3)     Are you ever going to ship out of North America?

 

a.       We are working on it, but not at the moment.  We apologize.  Sorry!

 

3)     If I have a compliant about an issue what can I do?

 

a.       Fill out a Customer Complaint Form on the bottom of our home page.

 

5)     Is there a Phone Number for Young and Reckless?

 

a.       No there is not a phone number for Young and Reckless, everything is done via email.  Reason being, is that there would be too many people calling about unnecessary information.

 

6)     Can I place an Order over the phone?

 

a.       No, everything is done online.

 

7)     When will I get my tracking number?

 

a.       When your shirt is packaged and labeled (not at the time of purchase).  You will get an email from UPS notifying you with your Tracking Number.  (Canada Orders-No Tracking Number).

 

8)     Will I get a Tracking Number if I order outside the U.S.?

 

a.       No, due to the fact that it is more cost-effective to send through USPS, taxes are cheaper on the customer as well.  There is no tracking information given to customers outside the U.S.
