Frequently Asked Questions

  • Domestic orders will ship via USPS Ground Advantage
  • We do our best to process orders as soon as the next business day. However during holidays or promotional periods when there's higher order volume, we may experience delays in processing your order. This can take potentially 7-10 business days from purchase date.
  • Items on Pre-order will be shipped in the estimated time frame notated on the product page.
  • Days refers to Business Days and does not include Saturday, Sundays, and Holidays. 

 

We offer International Shipping using FedEx International as our shipping carrier. Shipping rates will be available at checkout. Once your order ships from our warehouse it typically takes 7-14 business days (7-20 business days during the busy holiday season). International orders are subject to taxes and duty fees.

 

We recommend customers purchase Route Package Protection. Route is premium package protection for your online orders. When you add Route at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours. 

The cost of Route will be calculated at checkout and is non-refundable.

If you do not purchase Route Package Protection, Young & Reckless is not responsible for the loss or theft of packages once they have left our warehouse. In the unlikely and unfortunate event your order is lost, stolen or damaged in transit and you have not opted for Route, please file a claim with the carrier of your package. The shipping carrier that you select at checkout is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of your package. We receive the same shipment tracking details from the carrier that the customer receives.

Yes of course! Your return must be received by Young and Reckless within 30 days of purchase. The returned item(s) must have its original tags attached, unworn, and in new condition. If you choose to use our pre-paid shipping label, $7.95 will be deducted from your refund total. 

Any items purchased during a Buy One Get One deal can be returned for store credit. Items purchased during a BOGO sale are viewed as pairs, one being the purchased pair and the other being the free pair.

If both items from a BOGO are returned at the same time, the full amount of the purchase can be refunded in the form of an in-store credit or refund back to the original form of payment.

Items stated as Final Sale on the site are non-returnable. Please double check the provided size chart to make sure you are ordering the correct size.

If you have received a damaged and/or defective item please contact our customer service team within 14 days of item receipt by emailing orders@youngandreckless.com.

Please keep your tracking number for your return for reference. If your return(s) is not received and you cannot provide the tracking number for your return, we will not be able to process your return.

Please specify whether you would like a refund or store credit. Please remember to include a copy of the order confirmation email or packing slip in your return. If you do not have this on hand, please write down your order #, email, and phone number in which you can be reached at. Thank you!

Normally, we make it our goal to get back to each customer by the next business day, but sometimes we get backed up and it could take as much as 2-3 business days during high volume times.

Any item that is considered pre-order will clearly state that the item is on pre-order and the current estimated ship date for the item will be listed on the Product Page. When you place an order containing pre-order items, payment is charged immediately at checkout. 

We recommend that pre-order items be ordered separately from in stock items, as in stock merchandise can be shipped immediately. If you combine in stock and pre-order items into one purchase, the entire order will be placed on hold and all items will be shipped when the pre-order item(s) are available.

For Returns on pre-order items, you have 30 days from the date the order is shipped to return your order.

If you would like to make changes to the color or size of a pre-order item, or cancel your order, please email orders@youngandreckless before the item ships.

** Please note, the estimated ship date on the Product Page of a pre-order item, is an estimation based on details from the merchandise provider and can vary depending upon demand. The estimated ship date is subject to change.
